My Philosophy
I believe we are meant to feel it all.
The ache. The beauty. The grief. The joy. The messy, magnificent in-between. We are not here to bypass any of it - we are here to learn how to carry it. To let it move through us without letting it consume us.
I believe that feeling safe is not a luxury. It is the foundation of everything.
When we feel safe in our bodies, in a room, in a relationship — something opens. We exhale. We soften. We remember who we arfe beneath all of the doing and performing and holding it all together.
That is what I create behind my chair. A space so safe, so unhurried, so completely yours — that you can finally stop holding it all together for just a little while.
I believe beauty and healing are not seperate things. When you feel seen, when you feel held, when you walk out of a space feeling more like yourself than when you walked in - that is transformation. The hair is just the beginning.
I believe in showing up. For yourself, consistenly, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard. Because that is where coming home happens.
This is the philosophy I live by. And it’s the energy I bring to every single appointment.
Presence is power. And you are so worthy of both.
My Journey
The most transformative moments of my life didn’t come from a course, certification, or a carefully laid plan. They came from loss.
Within two years, I lost both of my parents.
First my mom. Then my dad.
And in the aftermath of losing my dad, I was met with something I hadn’t fully prepared for — the quiet, earth-shattering realization that I was truly on my own now.
Grief has a way of stripping everything back. The roles you played, the versions of yourself you performed, the ways you kept busy to avoid feeling it all. When there’s nothing left to hide behind, you’re left with just yourself.
And that’s excatly where I found myself.
What I discovered in that space — the ache, the beauty, the fire of it all — was that I had a choice. I could let the fire consume me. Or I could learn to carry it.
I chose to carry it.
I started showing up for myself consistently. Moving my body. Regulating my nervouse system. Coming back to presence again and again. And slowly, beautifully, I found my way home to a new version of myself — one that was more grounded, more alive, and more fully me than I had ever been before.
That journey is what I bring into the chair with you.
Because I know what it means to need a space where you can exhale. Where someone sees you — really sees you — exactly as you are. No fixing. No performing. Just being witnessed, held, and welcomed home.
That’s where I create here. For you.

Hair Artist. Embodiment Guide.
Someone who knows what it means to walk through the fire and come out more alive.
I didn’t arrive here by accident.
I arrived here through loss, through grief, through the kind of pain that cracks you open so wide you have no choice but to finally meet yourself.
And what I found on the othe side of all of that — was this. A deep, unshakable knowing that we are all just looking for the same thing.
To feel seen. To feel safe. To feel like ourselves again.
That’s why I do this work. Not just the hair — though I pour my whole heart into that too. But the holding. The witnessing. The creating of space so safe that you can finally, fully arrive.
You found your way here for a reason.
And I’m so glad you did.
